The heart is a willing participant in it’s opening…however our beliefs have other ideas.
This is an opportunity to go deeper into your own inner landscape to explore what keeps your heart just out of reach. Is it trust? Betrayal? Not thinking you are good enough or worthy of love?
All of these things come up during our lifetime…so now is the time to take the leap and join us on this deep Journey into the truth of who you are.
We will invoke the elementals- earth, fire, air and water to move you into a new landscape…by using Janet’s voice & images that guide you plus the weaving of Laney’s ancient rhythms of the Drum and other instruments that help move you into your inner territory… together we will create a safe and vibrant space for your Journey.
All you have to do is bring an open mind and the willingness to listen and open up your heart.
There is a fertile, vital landscape in the center of your heart just waiting for you.
Come and join us on this unique and powerful journey.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for the floor for the first part of the Journey…then you will rise into dance and movement so wear loose, comfortable clothes.
And please bring a snack to share with your sisters and brothers. And any networking material to share about your own work.
We will end with a tribal drum, chant and dance to move the energy as we celebrate the courage and joy that you have found. So please bring drums and rhythm instruments for the closing circle.
