This is a SCENT FREE EVENT- please do not wear or use before you come… any scented oils (even natural), perfumes, moisture creams, soaps, hair care with scent and no dryer sheets or scented laundry soaps.

We celebrate the Spring Equinox on Monday, March 20th at 6:29am, equal day and night. We are striving for balance in these challenging times and looking for “like hearted” people to create and honor all Beings in a commUnity.
If ever there was a time to come together in UNITY…IT IS NOW!
Mother Earth awakens! She stirs, sending forth shoots and leaves, whispering sweet desires, coaxing forth all who seek release from the bond’s of Winter’s night.
Come drum, chant and dance with the Mother Drum and all of your sisters and brothers that are emerging from our caves into the Light.
We will drum and chant in the sacred four directions of the Medicine Wheel.
Native American traditions teach us that each of the four directions carry certain elements, qualities and totems …
EAST- AIR-MENTAL- WINGED ONES
SOUTH- FIRE-PASSION,- SNAKE & LIZARD
WEST- WATER-EMOTION – FRESH & SALT WATER BEINGS
NORTH -EARTH-PHYSICAL BODY- FOUR LEGGEDS
We will also, send prayers to the four corners of the Earth for Global Healing and healing For All Our Relations.
Please bring all kinds of drums and rhythm instruments and join your tribe as we celebrate the sacred circle of life.
And the MOTHER DRUM will help keep the One or the Heartbeat throughout our journey.
If you choose to bring a healthy snack for us all to share…that would be most appreciated.
We have our brother Gregorio De La Selva playing didge and drums, as well as our sisters Kathleen Rouleau leading our water blessing (you do not need to bring water) and Leah Emerson helping to hold down our rhythms all night long.
Some of you will have the chance to play the Mother Drum if you so choose.
The Mother drum is like a large pow- wow drum and is used as a healing drum for our community and re-membering our Mother Earth’s heartbeat. that connects us all.
This sacred ceremony teaches us the power of deep listening and helps take us deeper into community to find our commonUNITY… as we heal ourselves and our Mother Earth …
